What we require:

1) If working off an Insurance Estimate, obviously email the estimate.

2) If writing your own scope please return an Inspection/GLR report we devised while working as a large loss/complex adjuster. We will email this to you after our Zoom meeting.

3) Your company logo, artwork, and pertinent information about yourself and client.

4) The use of a good camera, no cell phone pictures. Great pictures help you sell your project to insurance companies, so give it to them. After you have taken great pictures share them to us within a Dropbox folder (we don’t use any Cloud sharing services other than Dropbox, who is willing to give 2GB of storage for FREE). If you don’t know how to take pictures in a format the insurance companies want please call us and we will coach you.

5) Interior Measurements from one of the following formats:

a) Docusketch (will require all downloadable formats including PDF and ESX files).

b) Matterport (will require all downloadable formats including PDF and ESX files).

6) Trim Measurements with pictures indicating such.

7) Exterior and Roof Measurements from one of the following.

a) Eagle View (will require all downloadable formats including PDF and ESX files).

b) Advanced Claim Technologies (will require all downloadable formats including PDF and ESX files).

c) Hover (will require all downloadable formats including PDF and ESX files).
